In this hands-on training session we will explore the complete chargeback process, including a review of pre-compliance, compliance, pre-arbitration, and arbitration. Participants will gain an understanding of the Visa Rules and the importance of timeframes for submitting chargebacks and processing requirements. The training will also cover examples in Single Point Corrections and include a copy of the Visa Rules: Dispute Resolution. Attendees will have multiple case studies to practice their newly acquired skills.
If you want to learn how to process your own chargebacks, or simply want to know the process behind it all, then this training is for you! A background in Client Workstation would be helpful, but is not necessary.
Space is very limited so please register early. This hands-on session will be held at the Credit Union Service Center in Westbrook, Maine.
