It’s all about being the best supervisor possible!  The four webinar sessions cover the following objectives:

  • Session 1 – Recorded: what do employees want from their supervisor, what makes a good supervisor, importance of establishing structure, the difference between a manager and leader, review case study 
  • Session 2 – Recorded: what is the job of a coach, different coaching styles, effective coaching strategies, tools to motivate employees, review case study
