The Maine Credit Union Marketing Council is looking forward to seeing you at our annual summer workshop. This year’s workshop, the Chemistry of Retail Delivery, will be led by Bryn Conway, Principal at BC Consulting.
Chemistry is the ‘bridge science’ meaning it connects all the other natural sciences. Retail delivery is the bridge science for brand development and growth in your credit union. Why is that relevant? Because you’ll only grow when you provide what your members want and need.
In this session, we will discuss the four essential elements of providing an exceptional member experience, how combining those elements will drive top line growth and how you can put these ideas into action for your credit union.
Join us for breakfast at 9:30 AM and a day’s worth of topics, including:
- An exercise focused on the big picture of member experience
- A look at the experience economy and how your credit union fits in
- The four elements of retail delivery and how to apply them at your credit union
- The difference between service and experience
- What experience means to member loyalty and engagement
- How to organize your credit union around retail delivery
- How experience drives growth
- Retail delivery metrics and tools to drive success
