Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Provide member service excellence via phone, electronic correspondence, and live chat.
- Educate and offer appropriate Midcoast products and services, and expand relationships with members.
- Adhere to all member identification, loan and deposit compliance requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Candidate must demonstrate a significant level of trust and diplomacy. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Strong technical proficiency and excellent organizational skills are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated problem solving skills, customer service experience and prior experience in a call center environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Compensation is commensurate with experience and a company-wide bonus program is available based upon Credit Union performance. The employee benefits package includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) employer match program, paid time off, and additional wellness-based benefits.
