10th Annual Maine CUs' Ending Hunger Walking Tour

From October 28th - November 30, 2011, look for the 10th Annual Maine Credit Unions' Ending Hunger Walking Tour all across Maine.  Brenda Davis, a leading ending hunger advocate in Maine, will once again hit the road all month long.  During the month, the Tour will visit credit unions in more than 70 communities.  A food pantry in each community will receive a contribution to help end hunger.  To contribute, contact a participating local credit union or Jon Paradise at the Maine CU League.

Key Dates:
Wednesday, October 27th - Pre-Walk Kick-off at Penobscot County FCU in Old Town;

Friday, October 28th - Official Walk Kick-off at Maine State CU in Augusta;

Wednesday, November 30th - Walk concludes at Maine Savings FCU in Hampden; and

a variety of other special dates all month long!
