May 25, 2007  Phil Moreau is the new Chair of the Maine CU League Board Following the Maine CU League's 69th Annual Delegates' Meeting, the League's board of directors met to elect the Table Officers for 2007-08. Phil Moreau, President/CEO of Rainbow FCU, was elected chair of the board.
The other officers elected were Vice Chair: Richard Dupuis, President/CEO of Five County CU; Secretary: Gail Richardson, President/CEO of Midcoast FCU; and Treasurer: Richard Lachance, President/CEO of Maine Education CU.
Two new board members joined the League's board this year: Tucker Cole, President/CEO of Evergreen CU, was elected to represent the Alex Ferguson Chapter, and Kyle Casburn, President/CEO of Seaboard FCU, was chosen by the Bangor Chapter as its League director. Gail Richardson and Luke Labbe were also reelected by their Chapters this year and began new three-year terms at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.
Shortly, the League's board will appoint a replacement to fill the seat held by A. Bosica, who stepped down as a result of the merger of Knox County FCU with Five County CU. An individual will like be appointed prior to the end of June.
