Job OpportunitiesSenior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer Maine State Credit Union, with over $325 million in assets, is seeking a seasoned senior executive to join their leadership team as Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. This position is charged with directing the financial affairs of the credit union, establishing economic and financial objectives and policies. The position requires extensive knowledge and understanding of the risk management practices for financial institutions and the ability to oversee the credit union’s asset-liability strategies, cash management, investment functions, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, product pricing/cost accounting models and regulatory compliance. MSCU is looking for an individual who possesses not only organizational and technical skills, but also highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership ability within a collaborative team environment. A bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years experience in a credit union or bank in the areas of finance, accounting, and investment portfolio management, demonstrating progressive experience at a senior level, is required.
