Branch Manager

The County Federal Credit Union, a member owned financial institution, has an immediate opening for a Branch Manager in the Caribou location. The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service and security and safety in accordance with the credit union’s policies and procedures. Job responsibilities include developing new deposit and loan business; providing a superior level of member relations and promoting the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieving individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.

Preferred candidates will have a minimum 2-year college degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a minimum of five years experience with a credit union or other financial institution at the mid-management level. Must have proven organizational skills, customer service skills, oral and written communication skills, trouble shooting skills and the ability to motivate, influence and promote teamwork. The successful candidate should be willing to participate in community affairs to increase the credit union’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
